The Noetic Migraine

My formal introduction to the world of migraine happened when I was 13.  I had just started the 8th grade, and I had begun struggling with depression and a pessimistic perception of self.  When the migraine happened I was removed from that world.  My migraines largely affect the left side of my brain, and the effect is a drowning of perception and judgement.  While that part of my brain still exists and functions, it is impaired, and in pain.  So the accessibility is largely lost.
